Dedication of our New Statues of
"Mary Seat of Wisdom" and "Theresa of Lisieux"

Corpus Christi Parish, Sandwich, MA - September 26, 2004

The final step in the construction and dedication of our new parish was accomplished on Sunday, September 26, with the unveiling and the dedication of two new marble statues. "Theresa of Lisieux" and "Mary, Seat of Wisdom" were sculpted in Italy of Carrara marble, cut from the same quarry used by Michelangelo. The studio doing the work was CARLO NICOLI SCULPTURE STUDIO of Carrara. See another photo gallery of them being made there.
