Women's Guild Silver Tea
On Wednesday, September 14, 2011, the Corpus Christi Parish had its Annual Silver Tea.  This wonderful luncheon was the guild's way of welcoming new members and renewing old friendships.

Holy Hour for Vocations:
On Thursday, August 11, 2011, Bishop George W. Coleman, presided at a Holy Hour for Vocations with Candidacy for Seminarian Jack Schrader.

Feast of Corpus Christi:  On Sunday, June 26, 2011, our celebration of the Feast of Corpus Christi included Mass with a Eucharistic Procession and Benediction followed by a brunch in St. Theresa Hall of the Parish Center.

First Communion 2011:  On Saturday, April 30, 2011, 83 children from our second grade Religious Education Program received First Communion.

Installation of the Church's new Crucifix:  Our new Crucifix arrived on April 7, 2011 from Italy.  It was custom made for our parish at Demetz Art Studio and shipped in two boxes.  Through the efforts of volunteers, the Crucifix was installed without incident with the help of Russ Pichette who provided the the materials needed to hang the 135 pound Crucifix from the rafters of the church.  The dream of having a Crucifix in our Church became a reality through the benevolence of the Plichta Family.  Fr. Felicain Plichta, OFM, Conv. was a priest at this parish from 1982 until his death on October 12, 1999.  His prayers are still at work in our Parish.

Opening of the Eucharistic Adoration Chapel:  On November 28, 2010, the First Sunday of Advent, we opened our new Eucharistic Adoration Chapel where our Eucharistic Lord is present in the tabernacle for adoration for 12 hours each day following the 9:00am Mass.
